What people ask us before buying
Does it still produce water during the dry season?
Yes. Even at 50% humidity (which is rare in Thailand), the ขาตั้งอากาศ Minairal keeps producing. You'll get closer to the lower end of the 6–16 ลิตร/วัน* range on the driest days, but the tank stays full so you won't notice a difference at the tap.
Is it noisy? Can I sleep next to it?
Around 45 dB when producing, similar to a fridge. Most clients keep it in the kitchen and forget it's there. If you're sensitive to sound, a living room or utility space is the safest bet.
What happens if I don't like it after the 7-day trial?
We come pick it up, no charge. You don't need a reason. We'd rather take it back than have someone use a machine they don't love.
What's actually included in the price?
The machine, delivery, and installation by our team. Plus a 12-month warranty. The first set of filters is included too. After that, filter replacements are about 1,500 ฿ every 6 months if you own the machine, free if you rent.
How much does it add to my electricity bill?
Roughly 100 to 150 ฿ per month at typical Thai rates, depending on how much water you produce. Less than your fridge, less than your A/C running for an hour a day.
Can I sell the machine back if I move or change my mind?
Yes. If you ever decide to part with your Minairal — moving abroad, downsizing, or upgrading — we'll buy it back at a fair market value based on age and condition. No need to find a buyer or deal with logistics, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange pickup.
