เงื่อนไขการรับประกันและบริการ
1. Warranty Period & Start Date
All Products sold on the Website carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. The warranty starts on the Delivery Date, which is the date of confirmed delivery to the Customer's address as recorded by the courier's tracking system. The Delivery Date, not the dispatch date, is the reference for all warranty calculations.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions as described in the product manual. MINAIRAL will, at its discretion, repair the defective Product, replace it with an equivalent unit, or issue a full refund.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from incorrect self-installation contrary to the instruction manual. This is the Customer's sole responsibility
- Misuse or use outside the intended domestic or small commercial purpose
- Damage caused by the Customer, third parties, or pets
- Repairs or modifications by anyone other than a MINAIRAL-authorised technician
- Use of non-MINAIRAL replacement filters or parts
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting function
- Damage from force majeure events (flood, fire, lightning, power surge)
- Failure to replace filters per the schedule indicated on the Product Page (for Installed Products)
- Products relocated or used outside Thailand
4. Year 1 Included Filters (Installed Products Only)
Filter types and replacement schedules are listed on the Product Page, not in this Policy. The Product Page is the sole reference.
Every tap water purification system sold on the Website includes replacement filter consumables for Year 1 ('Included Filters'). The specific filters included, and the recommended replacement schedule applicable to each filter, vary by product model and are listed exclusively on the Product Page. The Product Page is the authoritative reference for filter specifications and replacement intervals.

5. Technical Intervention Service
5.1 Intervention Fee Schedule

The Intervention Fee is a flat charge regardless of visit duration or complexity. Parts, consumables, and replacement filters are invoiced separately at MINAIRAL's current rates.
5.2 Non-Covered Zones
Technical interventions are not available in Non-Covered Zones. In-warranty defects for Non-Covered Zone Customers are handled by courier (product return and replacement shipment). MINAIRAL bears all shipping costs for confirmed in-warranty defects regardless of zone.
6. Shipping Responsibility (Warranty & Returns)
Shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and replacements are allocated as follows:

7. After-Sales Service (Year 2+)
From Year 2 onwards, all services are pay-per-use:
- On-site intervention (Installed Products, Covered Zones): 1,000 THB + consumables and parts at cost
- Filter sets for Year 2+: available on the Website or via support@minairal.com
- Diagnosis and repair: 1,000 THB + confirmed cost of parts. No work proceeds without the Customer's written approval
8. Discretionary Trade-In & Buyback
MINAIRAL may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer trade-in or buyback programmes from time to time. Any such programme is subject to separate conditions communicated at the time of the offer and does not form part of this Policy or create any contractual obligation.
9. How to Make a Warranty or After-Sales Claim

- Provide: order number, product model, Delivery Date, description of issue, photos or video
- MINAIRAL responds within 2 Business Days (in-warranty) or 5 Business Days (out-of-warranty)
- In-warranty defect confirmed: repair, replacement, or refund at MINAIRAL's discretion, at no cost to the Customer. MINAIRAL covers all associated shipping
- Out-of-warranty: written cost estimate before any work commences. No work without the Customer's written approval
