When will I receive my Pro 30L after pre-ordering?
We're shipping the first batch in the coming weeks. Once your Pro 30L arrives in our warehouse, our team installs it at your home or office within 3 to 5 days. You'll get email and WhatsApp updates at each step. Pre-ordering locks in launch pricing and reserves your spot in the delivery queue.
Does it still produce water during the dry season?
Yes. The Pro 30L runs reliably from 30% humidity upward, and Thailand rarely drops below that even in the driest weeks. You'll get closer to the lower end of the 30 L per day range on drier days, but the 13.5 L cold tank stays full so you won't notice a difference at the tap.
Is it noisy? Can I keep it in the kitchen?
Around 45 dB when producing, similar to a fridge. Most clients keep it in the kitchen and forget it's there. If you're sensitive to sound, a living room corner or utility space works well too.
What's the 7-stage filtration exactly?
In order: air filter, sediment filter, pre-carbon filter, RO membrane, post-carbon and PPF combined filter, LED-UV (flow type), and a vertical UV lamp. Each stage removes specific contaminants: particles, chemicals, bacteria, viruses, and unpleasant taste. The result is mineral water you can drink with confidence, lab-tested for purity.
What happens if I don't like it during the 7-day trial?
The 7-day trial starts the day we install your Pro 30L. If you decide it's not for you within those 7 days, we come pick it up, no charge, and refund your deposit. No reason needed. Beyond the 7-day window, rental plans run on a 1-year minimum term.
How much does it add to my electricity bill?
The Pro 30L draws 620 W only during water production. In real-world use (production cycles on and off through the day), expect around 200 to 350 ฿ per month at typical Thai rates, depending on your household consumption. Less than running your A/C for two hours a day.
