Article 1. General Provisions & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ('T&C') govern all purchase transactions completed through the MINAIRAL online store at shop.minairal.com ('Website'), operated by:

By placing an order on the Website, the Customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted these T&C in full. Acceptance is recorded electronically at checkout in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544.
MINAIRAL reserves the right to update these T&C at any time. The version in force at the time of order confirmation governs the relevant transaction.
Article 2. Definitions

| Coverage Map | Live list of Covered Zones at shop.minairal.com/pages/service-zones. Updated at any time without notice or T&C amendment |

| Intervention Fee | 1,000 THB flat fee for any on-site technical visit by a MINAIRAL technician in a Covered Zone. Covers travel, visit, diagnosis, and labour. Parts and consumables charged separately |

Article 3. Product Categories & Scope
3.1 Installed Products (Tap Water Purifiers)
Tap water purification systems are designed for self-installation by the Customer using the instruction manual supplied in the box. An optional professional Installation Service is available in Covered Zones. Installed Products include Year 1 Included Filters as described in Article 7.
3.2 Standard Products (Accessories & Consumables)
Soda makers, CO2 cylinders, water bottles, and all accessories are Standard Products. They are delivered by standard courier and require no professional installation. No Installation Service, Coverage Map logic, technician intervention, or filter maintenance provisions apply to Standard Products. Standard Products are shipped to any address in Thailand.
3.3 Product Page as Reference
The Product Page for each Product is the authoritative reference for product-specific technical details including Included Filters and replacement schedules. These T&C govern contractual matters; the Product Page governs product-specific technical matters. In the event of inconsistency, these T&C prevail on contractual matters.
Article 4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed at checkout. Any payment processing fees applicable to the chosen payment method are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
MINAIRAL accepts the following payment methods on the Website:

3D Secure (3DS2) authentication may be required for card payments as mandated by the card issuer. MINAIRAL is not responsible for transaction delays or declines caused by the Customer's bank during the 3DS authentication process.
4.3 Payment Due & Order Confirmation
Payment is due in full at checkout. An automated order confirmation email constitutes MINAIRAL's acceptance and forms a binding contract under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544. MINAIRAL may cancel an order before dispatch for stock error, pricing error, or suspected fraud, with a full refund initiated within 5 Business Days to the original payment instrument.
4.4 Failed & Disputed Payments
Declined payments result in no order being created. For chargebacks initiated by the Customer's bank, MINAIRAL will cooperate fully with the financial institution's investigation process.
Article 5. Delivery
All Products are delivered within Thailand only. Delivery conditions are set out in the Shipping, Delivery & Installation Policy. Risk of loss and damage passes to the Customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier's tracking system.
Article 6. Optional Installation Service (Installed Products, Covered Zones Only)
6.1 Scope & Availability
A professional Installation Service is available exclusively for Installed Products (tap water purifiers) at addresses listed on the Coverage Map. This service is optional. All Installed Products are designed for self-installation per the instruction manual. Standard Products are not eligible for an Installation Service.
6.2 Installation Fee
The Installation Service is charged at the Intervention Fee of 1,000 THB per visit, regardless of outcome, except where MINAIRAL cancels. The fee covers travel, connection, commissioning, and the Installation Report. Parts and additional works are charged separately.
6.3 Prerequisites (Customer's Sole Responsibility)
The Customer is solely responsible for verifying that their premises meet the prerequisites published at shop.minairal.com/pages/installation-guide before booking. Minimum requirements:
- Cold water tap outlet accessible at the installation point
- Standard 220V electrical outlet within reach
- Sufficient clear space per product dimensions
- Adequate ventilation around the machine
- Unobstructed access for technician and equipment
- An Authorised Person (aged 20+) present throughout the visit
If prerequisites are not met on the technician's arrival, the full Intervention Fee of 1,000 THB is charged and a new appointment is required at the standard rate.
6.4 Self-Installation (No MINAIRAL Liability)
Customers who self-install do so at their own responsibility. MINAIRAL provides no warranty or liability coverage for damage caused by or resulting from incorrect self-installation contrary to the instruction manual. Where a self-installed Product subsequently requires a technical visit to diagnose or rectify a problem attributable to incorrect installation, the standard Intervention Fee of 1,000 THB applies plus the cost of any parts required.
6.5 Machine Placement (Customer's Decision)
The Customer selects the machine's position before the technician's arrival. The technician installs at the position agreed at the start of the visit and documented in the Installation Report. Once signed: relocation requires a new appointment at the standard Intervention Fee; MINAIRAL accepts no liability for post-signature dissatisfaction with the chosen position; Customer-insisted inadvisable positions are noted on the Report and proceed at the Customer's sole risk.
6.6 Structural Works & Property
Minor structural works (drilling, pipe routing) may be required. MINAIRAL accepts no liability for marks or superficial damage to walls, tiles, or surfaces from standard installation works carried out per the Customer's instructions. Additional works beyond standard scope require written approval on the Installation Report before commencement. The technician may leave and reschedule if agreement cannot be reached.
6.7 Cancellation & No-Show

6.8 Installation Report
The signed Installation Report constitutes the Customer's acceptance that installation was completed at the agreed position and to a satisfactory standard. Any reservation not noted at signing is deemed waived. An Authorised Person (aged 20+) must be present to sign.
Article 7. Year 1 Included Filters (Installed Products Only)
Year 1 Included Filters are specific to each Installed Product model and are listed on the Product Page, not in these T&C. The Product Page is the sole reference for filter types and replacement schedules.
Every tap water purification system sold on the Website includes replacement filter consumables for Year 1 ('Included Filters'). The specific filters included, and the recommended replacement schedule applicable to each filter, vary by product model and are listed exclusively on the Product Page. The Product Page is the authoritative reference for filter specifications and replacement intervals.

Article 8. Technical Interventions (Year 2+)
From Year 2 onwards, all on-site technical visits for Installed Products are charged at the Intervention Fee of 1,000 THB per visit plus parts and consumables at cost. Interventions are available in Covered Zones only. Standard Products are not covered by any intervention service.
Article 9. Warranties
All Products carry a 12-month warranty from the Delivery Date (as confirmed by courier tracking). Full conditions are in the Warranty & After-Sales Policy.
Article 10. Returns & Refunds
Customers may return unopened Products within 7 days of the Delivery Date. Full conditions, non-returnable items, shipping responsibility, and refund timelines are in the Refund & Returns Policy.
Article 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law:
- MINAIRAL's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant Product
- MINAIRAL is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss
- MINAIRAL accepts no liability for damage resulting from incorrect self-installation contrary to the instruction manual
- MINAIRAL accepts no liability for property damage (walls, tiles, pipes, furniture) from installation works carried out per standard practice and the Customer's instructions
- Standard Products carry no installation-related warranty. All use is at the Customer's own responsibility
Article 12. Force Majeure
MINAIRAL is not liable for delay or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. MINAIRAL will notify the Customer promptly of any such event.
Article 13. Intellectual Property
The MINAIRAL name, logo, Website content, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of MINAIRAL CO., LTD. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
Article 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Thai law including the Civil and Commercial Code B.E. 2468, the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522, and the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544. Disputes are first subject to 30 days of good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes are submitted to the courts of Surat Thani Province.
