1. Delivery (All Products)
1.1 Delivery Scope
MINAIRAL delivers to addresses within Thailand only. All Products are shipped via standard courier with tracking. International delivery is not available.

Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier conditions or public holidays. A tracking reference is provided by email upon dispatch.
1.3 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order value. Promotional free-delivery thresholds are displayed on the Website when applicable.
1.4 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and damage passes to the Customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier's tracking system. The Delivery Date recorded by the courier is the reference date for warranty start and return windows.
1.5 Damaged or Missing Deliveries (All Products)
Visible transit damage: refuse the parcel and contact MINAIRAL within 24 hours. Hidden damage or missing items: report within 48 hours at legal@minairal.com with photographic evidence. MINAIRAL arranges replacement or refund at no cost for confirmed transit damage cases.
2. Standard Products (Delivery Only)
Soda makers, CO2 cylinders, water bottles, and all accessories are Standard Products. They are delivered by standard courier to any address in Thailand. The following provisions do NOT apply to Standard Products:
- Coverage Map / Covered Zones, not applicable
- Installation Service, not applicable
- Installation prerequisites, not applicable
- Installation Report, not applicable
- Technician Intervention, not applicable
- Included Filters, not applicable
Standard Products are plug & play or ready to use upon delivery. Any issue with a Standard Product within the 12-month warranty period is handled via the Refund & Returns Policy.
3. Installed Products (Tap Water Purifiers)
The following provisions in Sections 3 to 6 of this Policy apply exclusively to tap water purification systems (Installed Products).
3.1 DIY (No Mandatory Installation)
All tap water purifiers are designed for self-installation by the Customer using the instruction manual. Professional installation is optional and available in Covered Zones only.
3.2 Coverage Map (Modular Service Zones)
MINAIRAL's technical service coverage expands as the Company's network grows. Covered Zones are listed on the Coverage Map, updated at any time without prior notice:
Customers should verify coverage at their address before booking any technical service. In Covered Zones: optional Installation Service, filter replacement by technician, and SAV interventions are available. In Non-Covered Zones: standard courier delivery and self-installation only.
4. Year 1 Included Filters (Installed Products Only)
The specific filters included with each tap water purifier model and their replacement schedules are listed on the Product Page. The Product Page is the sole reference, filter details are not listed in this Policy.
Every tap water purification system sold on the Website includes replacement filter consumables for Year 1 ('Included Filters'). The specific filters included, and the recommended replacement schedule applicable to each filter, vary by product model and are listed exclusively on the Product Page. The Product Page is the authoritative reference for filter specifications and replacement intervals.

5. Optional Installation Service (Installed Products, Covered Zones Only)
5.1 What Is Included
The MINAIRAL Installation Service (1,000 THB Intervention Fee) covers: technician travel, connection of the tap water purifier to an existing cold water outlet using standard supplied fittings, commissioning and flow test, basic Customer orientation, and completion of the Installation Report. Not included: additional fittings beyond those supplied with the product, extended piping runs beyond 1 metre, electrical work, or structural modifications.
5.2 Self-Installation (No MINAIRAL Liability)
Customers who self-install the product do so entirely at their own responsibility. MINAIRAL provides no warranty or liability coverage for damage caused by or resulting from incorrect self-installation contrary to the instruction manual. Any subsequent technical visit to diagnose or rectify a problem attributable to incorrect self-installation is charged at the standard Intervention Fee of 1,000 THB plus cost of parts.
5.3 Prerequisites (Customer's Sole Responsibility)
Full prerequisites are published at shop.minairal.com/pages/installation-guide. Minimum requirements:

If prerequisites are not met on the technician's arrival, the full Intervention Fee of 1,000 THB is charged and a new appointment is required at the standard rate.
5.4 Machine Placement (Customer's Decision & Responsibility)
The Customer determines the machine's position before the technician's visit. The technician installs at the agreed position recorded in the Installation Report. Once signed, relocation requires a new appointment at the standard Intervention Fee. If the Customer selects a position the technician considers inadvisable, this is noted on the Report; the Customer may proceed at their sole risk. MINAIRAL accepts no liability for post-signature dissatisfaction with the chosen position.
5.5 Structural Works & Property Responsibility
Minor structural works (drilling, pipe routing) may be required. MINAIRAL accepts no liability for marks or superficial damage to walls, tiles, or surfaces from standard installation works carried out per the Customer's instructions and standard practice. Additional works beyond standard scope require written approval on the Installation Report. The technician may leave and reschedule if agreement cannot be reached.
5.6 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

5.7 Installation Report
Both the MINAIRAL technician and an Authorised Person (aged 20+) sign the Installation Report on completion. The Customer's signature constitutes acceptance of the installation position, scope, and standard of work. Any reservation not noted at signing is deemed waived. Post-installation complaints are only considered where supported by a written reservation on the signed Report.
6. Technical Interventions, Year 2+ (Installed Products, Covered Zones Only)
From Year 2, all technical visits (filter replacement, diagnosis, repair) for Installed Products are charged at 1,000 THB per visit plus parts and consumables at MINAIRAL's current rates. Available in Covered Zones only.
